Wattley to serve on collegiate council

Harding grad elected to influential post -Jarrell WattleyFort Wayne native and 2006 Paul Harding High School graduate Jarrell Wattley has been elected to the Providence Council of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. as Junior Vice President, one of only a dozen such high-ranking, collegiate positions in the country. In this role, Jarrell’s mission is to empower the collegiate leadership to achieve its highest level.

An outstanding student and athlete (wrestling), Jarrell is majoring in Criminal Justice at Albany State University, a Historically Black College. Jarrell credits his participation in the local Black College Club, founded by Kevin Howell, as sparking his interest in attending an HBCU.

Jarrell will graduate in May 2011 and plans to go on to law school.
