Local Video Movie Now Available On-Demand
The Video Factory’s Never Going to Give Him UP! available on Amazon Video On-Demand
To “hook-up or not to hook-up.” That is question for Grayson David in Never Going to Give Him UP. Grayson is about to be married, but his hot and sexy ex-girlfriend, Melody Anderson, wants to “rock” one more time for old-time sake before the wedding. Will Grayson cave to temptation?
Viewers now have a new way to find out the answer to that question. Never Going to Give Him UP is now available on Amazon Video On-Demand. The 2008 feature-length video movie, produced in Fort Wayne by The Video Factory, is available as a seven day rental for $1.99 or can be downloaded for $3.99. Visit inknewspaper.com for a link to the movie.
“I am absolutely thrilled to announce that Never Going to Give Him UP is now available on Video On Demand,” says producer/writer and director Steve Miller (left), president of The Video Factory. “Right now you can immediately watch the movie via streaming video, or you can download the entire movie to your PC, digital recording device or portable video device simply by going to our website at www.SoulVisionTV.com.”
Never Going to Give Him UP stars local actors Angelina Nickole, Mike Moses (both pictured right), LaToya Williams and Kelron Mixon. The movie includes music by Ty Causey and Michael Patterson.
“I wanted to showcase the talent in Fort Wayne,” Miller says. “They all worked hard.”
Never Going to Give Him UP is The Video Factory’s third feature. What We Had Is What We Had was released in 2005 and The Marriage Contract was released in 2007. All were shot on video, consistent with Miller’s embrace of digital media. Miller says The Video Factory’s mission is to develop, produce and distribute entertaining video movies for the home video market. In fact, Never Going to Give Him UP was available on DVD the same day it premiered on the big screen at the Andorfer Commons Theatre at Indiana Tech in the Fall of 2008.
So far, all of Miller’s video movies have dealt with relationships. All three movies are intended for mature audiences, although they contain no violence and no graphic sexuality. Miller says his movies are different that what you normally see from other producers.
“Video movies produced by The Video Factory don’t follow a specific formula, nor are there specific ‘types’ of characters,” Miller explains. “Buildings don’t blow up and cars don’t race through the streets being chased by the police. Instead, The Video Factory focuses on the human element and how adults deal with the drama of everyday life.”
Never Going to Give Him UP, available now at Amazon Video On-Demand, is intended for mature audiences.
Kudos to their landing a deal with Amazon. This will improve their marketing opportunities. Although Amazon, like most large outfits, really won’t market any one item aggressively.
